About EPIC 360

EPIC 360 is a lottery-funded financial capability project working across Glasgow. It’s for people who recognise the phrase “more month than money” when thinking about their finances.

We work city-wide, holding personal conversations, over 1,2,3,4,5, or 6 sessions. These can cover budgeting, spending, saving, credit, debt, well-being, and financial products and services. You can read about the sessions here (6/sixty sessions).

Sessions with EPIC 360 are always free, it’s totally voluntary and we don’t sell or pass on any details to anyone else, so it’s totally confidential. We keep data to inform what we are doing, but it never identifies the names of people we’re talking to. (our commitment to you).

People are referred to us by housing associations or other community groups or organisations. Or you can refer yourself. More about referring can be found here (Referrals).

All our conversations are about “talking with” not “talking to” people. Naturally, we bring some ideas, but we spend time hearing how things are for you. Then, if you agree, we will develop a personal, tailored plan to suit. Some of the people we’ve worked with give their testimonials here.

When we meet you for the first time we don’t know your financial history or circumstances, just as you don’t know ours. We don’t know why you made the choices you’ve made, and we don’t judge those choices. We have realistic, person-centred conversations where our knowledge and skills, alongside your knowledge and skills might, together, be helpful in making lasting changes that will help you, and maybe your family.

EPIC 360’s financial capability staff are experienced and passionate about their work. Six of them are based across the city, in our partner’s buildings. We meet people in places close to their homes and neighbourhoods; in libraries, and community centres, in housing associations and cafes. You can read our staff profiles here (staff profiles and pictures).

Anyone can be referred to us, if they are either receiving now, or soon, any benefits through Universal credit. Essentially, anyone working or not working who receives some form of benefit can contact EPIC 360.
